A temporary walkway gives workers access to the structure early in the project.

Construction of a temporary dock to facilitate construction materials is a early priority.

Drilling operations to obtain concrete core samples from the original foundation.

Samples of the original upper grillage.

Our jack-up barge (supplied by Cape Romain Contractors, Inc.) arrives. Now we can begin the heavy lifting.

Original foundation core samples.

Soil samples are being taken by our Geotechnical Engineering consultant, WPC/Terricon, to aid in determining the final Micro-pile design.
