Retaining Walls

Structural walls and retaining walls constructed with shotcrete have been a viable option to the design professional in the last few decades. Advances in concrete pumping technology and mix design utilizing common admixtures have allowed significant cost advntages utilizing this method on countless projects.

The use of shotcrete in un-reinforced masonry structures dating back to Colonial times have allowed these historic gems to undergo a structural rehabilitation and offer useable service life into the next century. Soil-nailing, residential construction, retention walls and other similar structures are commonly built using shotcrete.
