
W. L. Snow is President and CEO of Palmetto Gunite Construction Company, Inc. He is a Civil Engineer graduate of Auburn University and has been working in this industry for almost 50 years.
Bill is a voting member of the ACI 506 Committee on Shotcrete and Committee C60 regarding Certifcation of Shotcrete Nozzlemen. He is a member of the Civil Engineers Club of Charleston (past President), a past board member of the American Shotcrete Association, has been a member of ASCE, NSPE, ICRI, and has held several leadership positions in the American Subcontractors Association, including past President of the Charleston Chapter.
Bill is currently the Vice Chairman of the South Carolina Conservation Bank board.
Bill is a past President of the Coastal Carolina Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is currently the President of the Coastal Boys Council, a member of the Southern Region Board, and Area 5 Board of the Boy Scouts of America. Bill is an Eagle Scout.
Bill and his wife, Karen have two sons, Will and Robert, who are both Eagle Scouts.
He has previously written articles for Concrete International and Concrete Repair Bulletin, Shotcrete Magazine, and ACI Structural Journal.

Tommy Hendricks has over 45 years experience in the construction industry. Tommy has served as the Vice President and General Manager of Palmetto Gunite Construction Company since 1985.

Tommy Smith has over 20 years of experience in the shotcrete and concrete repair business. He currently serves as the General Superintendent of Palmetto Gunite Construction Company, Inc. Outside of work, Tommy is a diehard Atlanta Braves and Washingtion Commanders fan.

Will received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and his Master in Science for Civil Engineering from Clemson University in 2010 and 2012, respectively. After graduating, he spent seven years working for an international geotechnical firm in Savannah, Georgia. Will returned to Charleston and Palmetto Gunite in 2018.

Robert graduated from Furman University in 2013 with a bachelor of arts degree in Economic. After graduating from Furman, he returned to Charleston and joined Palmetto Gunite. He worked as a project manager before taking on more roles in the operations and administrative sides of the company.
